Work Completed:

  • Provide 2-4 relevant templates for review.

Payment:

  • There is no charge for the initial consultation and template review.
  • If you decide to proceed with one of the templates, we move to the next phase.

2. Template Selection, Customisation Planning, and Setup Services - 25% Payment

Work Completed:

  • Provide screenshots of each page of the selected template, highlighting customisable sections (headings, text content, images, colors).
  • Collect your customisation preferences and brand details (name, address, phone number, email, social media links).

Payment:

  • You pay 25% of the total project cost once you have selected a template and provided customisation details.
  • We will send you a PayPal invoice for this payment.

3. Domain, Email to match domain, Hosting, and SSL Setup - $150 Service Fee + Yearly Costs

Work Completed:

  • Arrange the domain name, hosting, and SSL certificate on your behalf, if requested.

Payment:

  • You pay a $150 service fee for us to arrange these requirements, plus the yearly costs from the domain name registrar, hosting provider, and SSL certificate provider.
  • We will send you a PayPal invoice for this payment.

4. Design and Development Phase - 25% Payment

Work Completed:

  • Set up the WordPress environment.
  • Implement the chosen template and customise the design according to your branding.
  • Develop the home page and main navigation structure with your provided details.

Payment:

  • You pay 25% of the total project cost once the design and main structure are ready.
  • We will send you a PayPal invoice for this payment.

5. Content Integration and Functional Development - 25% Payment

Work Completed:

  • Add and format the content for the main pages (e.g., About, Services, Contact) based on your inputs.
  • Implement any required plugins or additional functionalities.
  • Perform initial testing to ensure everything is working correctly.

Payment:

  • You pay 25% of the total project cost after the content and functionalities are integrated.
  • We will send you a PayPal invoice for this payment.

6. Review, Revisions, and Finalisation - 15% Payment

Work Completed:

  • Present the website for your review.
  • Make necessary revisions based on your feedback.
  • Perform final testing and quality assurance.

Payment:

  • You pay the remaining 15% of the total project cost after the revisions and finalisation are completed.
  • We will send you a PayPal invoice for this payment.

Testing and Final Launch

  • Throughout the project, you will be able to see and test your website at each step of the building process. All customisations will be published as soon as they are completed, allowing you to review the progress in real time.
  • Final Launch: Once the final payment is made, we will proceed with the migration of your website to the live server and make it live.
